Jenna + Chance

We had a sweet connection with Jenna and Chance prior to their engagement. So when they reached out to us about being their coordinators, we were delighted! Jenna’s parents joined us for the initial consultation meeting and the 30 day meeting, which made the meetings so fun! Everyone was excited and anxious as the wedding approached, and we determined to meet everyone’s expectation for the day. Fast forward to the wedding. At the end of the night, when everything was packed up and ready to go, we leaned on their truck and talked with her parents for 10 minutes. We reflected on how special the day was, how much fun we had, and how proud we were of Jenna and Chance and their commitment to marriage.

Jenna and Chance’s day was full of everything you would want for a wedding–laughter, love, family, friendship, celebration, emotion, excitement and joy. Complete joy. You could tell that every guest in attendance was the couples’ biggest fans and supporters. It was such a monumental day that marked the beginning of forever for such a genuine couple. Cheers to you Jenna and Chance, we love you!

Ramie and Maddie are rockstars. They have such a passion for what they do and it shows! They coordinated the wedding party entrance, qued the buffet line, brought us our dinner and drinks, and qued cake cutting. I wanted a dessert bar with cupcakes, my dad wanted a traditional cake. We compromised and had a small cake with cupcakes and a full dessert bar. Maddie made it her mission to make sure my dad got a big piece of wedding cake. As the night went on Ramie and Maddie helped clean up, get gifts and décor into the correct vehicle, helped restock drinks and desserts, and made all of the arrangements for our sparkler exit. After we left, some of our friends and family stayed to help clean but it was Ramie and Maddie who were last ones out. They both work so incredibly well together. – Jenna
